here is what i think today...

that 78 degrees and sunny is the most perfect auburn weather.
that life is better with red nail polish.
that I wish I had a cooler instagram. (but on that note, a lovely edit to an also lovely article.)
that amazon used DVDs are the best (Ramona and Beezus for $1.60. I KNOW.)
that I'm glad I spent an obscene amount of time yesterday chalking my walls with quotes about joy.
that I NEED to go back to tampa. soon. it was the best trip ever. get me to tradewinds + the trop, stat.

two graduations in two weeks for the two best people i know

it doesn't matter who's playing, this was just a day-off, get-to-the-nearest-ballpark situation. thankful for long weekends and the return of the best season.

they got matching shirts to go along with their matching haircuts but i stopped making fun of them long enough to crash the photo shoot.

the team is undefeated with these two in attendance so i think that means now they have to come to work with me every week. sorry, those are just the rules.

what's cool is that they still let me hang out with them even though i don't also have bangs.

the first time all five of us have been around a table together since december, aka: TOO LONG.

usually easter is dresses and sanctuaries, but this year i'm three days from moving so it's a t-shirt and nikes, walking to the coffee shop and a quiet breakfast by the water. strangers on the sidewalk saying hi, and watching church online from an entirely different state. i am so sure and so thankful that God meets us on benches and borrowed couches as much as anywhere.

anyway yeah, in case you guys were wondering, @the1975 puts on a v v great show. not that you were wondering about that. but you know.
